Reservation is contingent and in effect upon funds clearing. • Reservations Deposits are nonrefundable. • Reservations will NOT be confirmed until a deposit is received. Deposits may be made by check or credit card. Deposits made by check or money order must clear at least 2 weeks before your scheduled time of arrival. • Full payment of vessel is expected one week prior to reservation. Payment is not refundable for cancelations with less than 1 week notice. • You are responsible for any loss or damages resulting from your rental, including rental loss days from extended repair or complete boat loss.
