Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Reservations with Credit Card (25% Deposit) or Guest Reservation (Room) Number are required on all Tours, Trips and Sailing Instruction.
Due to the limited amount of seats available on our trips, and in order to avoid disappointments, Caribbean Watersports adopts a Cancellation Policy. You may cancel with CWS before * without a cancellation fee:
*3 business days BEFORE PUBLIC Tours departure time,
*7 days if PRIVATE Charters, Tours or Instructions
*6 weeks for PRIVATE Fishing Charter.
Cancellation Fee is 100% of the charter. The re-schedule fee is $25 if within that period. No Fee is charged if the tour is canceled because of weather calls by Captain.
