Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : - Pine Lake Marina does not offer cancellations on boat rentals; bookings are non-refundable.
If plans change you can reschedule your reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled rental departure time, a $20 reschedule fee applies.
- No changes allowed within 72 hours of your scheduled rental departure.
- No show policy effective 30 minutes after your scheduled departure time if you fail to show or call us by phone we can release your boat to another rental party.

Task trained service animals are allowed with the condition that the service animal’s papers are supplied at the time of your booking; this does not include emotional support animals, if under 15 lbs. with groomed claws you can pay the pet fee of $80 to have them on board.
