SUP Yoga is traditional yoga taught on a stand up paddleboard on the water at Waneka Lake. This class is taught by a fully-qualified instructor and covers the basics of maneuvering on a board and the keys to accessing yoga postures on the water. These classes are appropriate for all levels of participants from the beginner (both yoga and paddleboard use) and the full range in between. The minimum participant age is 15.
