Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation we will refund your confirmation deposit, less a $250.00 cancellation charge, if your written cancellation request is made more than 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation requests made within 60 days of your arrival forfeit the entire amount paid. No credit shall be given for early check-out.
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation for any reason, we will refund your prepaid rental subject to the following cancellation fees:
Sixty days or greater will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Fifty-nine days or less will result in a 20% cancellation fee of the total rental amount.
Seven days or less will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the total rental amount.
Twenty-four hours or less will result in no refund.
We do not process refunds for unfavorable weather conditions.
