We are located on the beautiful waters of Lake Pepin with easy access to the Mississippi. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

If Renter uses a minimum or at least 60% of their rental time it is considered a full rental period as we have no control over the weather.
If rental time is less than 60% due to extreme weather conditions LCBC may refund a portion of rental or customer may receive an extended time on customer's next rental.
