Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers will receive a full refund, less $25 cancelation fee, with 96 hours notice prior to scheduled rental or activity. If you show up and we don't put you out you get a full refund or can reschedule. The weather policy on the motor boats is once you hit the water you are no longer eligible for a refund. Only a "rain check" of unused time can be applied to a future rental. No shows will be charged the full amount. Day of cancellations due to inclement weather will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 11 Mile Marina will contact you directly if your booking needs to be cancelled/rescheduled due to inclement weather.
