If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Rentals must be cancelled at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund, minus booking fee, processing fees, and any applicable cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 14 days of the start time of the reservation will be 100% liable for the full amount of the reservation.
The Booking Fee is non-refundable for ALL cancellations. There are no exceptions.
All cancellations may be subject to a 5% processing fee and/or withholding period.
