Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Cancellation is required at least 48 hours prior to time of reservation to avoid being charged rental fee in full.
Cancellation or no-show on the date of the reservation will result in the customer being charged full rental fee.
