Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : All deposits are nonrefundable except in the case of inclement weather. Refunds of invoices, minus the 50 % deposit, will only be issued if the cancellation is made the day before your scheduled rental. If you schedule a delivery and do not show up on time for that delivery, no refunds will be issued.
