Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers will receive a full refund with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about rescheduling. No-shows will be charged the full price. No credit or partial credit will be provided for returning a boat to the dock before the scheduled return time (if you return a boat early, there is no credit for unused time).

Note : Foul weather is determined by dock staff based on a combination of real time observations and National Weather Service predictions. Do not assume the local TV weather report is accurate, call the dock for official foul weather determination. Isolated / unforeseen rain encountered during the time a rental boat is being used is not a reason for discount or refund.
