If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Cancellations made 10 days or more before your reserved date are eligible for a refund of the
deposit, less 10% processing fee.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before your reserved date will receive no refund.
Cancellations made the day of rental because weather is to dangerous to use the boat will
receive a full refund or reschedule the reservation.
NO SHOWS are charged in full for the rental period reserved.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for violations to our policies.
We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the
event of inclement weather.

$20 cash Time/Cleaning Deposit required on most rentals
Everything that we rent is on a first-come, first-serve basis, with the exception of Pontoon Boats and Ski Boats for 4 hours or longer (no reservations on 2 hour rentals).
If you wish to make a reservation for a Pontoon Boat or Ski Boat, please call (231) 873-3700 to secure that reservation with a Visa, MC or Discover.
You will pay the entire rental price upon making that reservation. The $200 security deposit is paid on the day of the rental.
No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.
Note : NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS. Early returns due to dangerous weather will be
prorated and renter will be issued a Wave Club Inc. gift card to use at a later date.
