Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers will receive a full refund with 2 weeks notice of cancellation. Late arrivals will be rescheduled and charged 20% not refunded. Cancellations made less than two weeks but more than 72 hours will be charged a 20% cancellation fee and refunded the difference. Cancellations Less than 72 hours will NOT be refunded only 100% rental credit that never expires and is transferable.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : In case of cancellation due to weather or other any unforeseen circumstances customers can reschedule to a time/of their choice with no fee. Refunds are not issued do to weather, only 100% credit voucher to be used a later time
