Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : We require a non-refundable reservation deposit amount when making a booking ahead of time (which goes toward the price of the rental); however if circumstances arise where you are unable to use the rental, the reservation deposit may be applied to a rental on a different day.
