Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : To reserve and confirm a reservation; the first night rate plus tax Is required for deposit. The deposit will be charged to your Credit Card. Cancellations made from the day the reservation was taken until ten days before your scheduled arrival date are allowed with a $25.00 cancellation fee. Any refund amount remaining from the deposit will be credited back to your Credit Card. Cancellations made during the ten days prior to your arrival date will result in a full forfeiture of all deposit money! IF you do not show up for your reservation, the deposit will be forfeited. (2) All pets, when not confined to a room, must at all times be restrained on a leash not to exceed six feet in length. This is a courtesy and a safety precaution due to other people & animals being on the same grounds together.
(3) When a pet is taken to use the bathroom, the best and most considerate areas are beyond the treeline and yard perimeters. It is your responsibility to clean up the mess and discard of properly if they go in the yard. We do not allow cats.
(4) Under no circumstances is a pet to be bathed in any of our bathtubs or sinks and should be discouraged from getting on our beds and furniture. If any damage Is observed (e.g., urination or defecation stains Inside a room, chewed linens or furniture, claw marks, excessive hair remaining, etc), the guest will be held totally and completely liable for the costs of any needed repairs and/or cleaning.
(5) Our Housekeeping Staff will not service any rooms with unattended pets. This is a safety precaution for Housekeeping and a prevention of possible pet break-out. Please be alert to excessive barking. This is not the pets home and they may act differently when left alone. You may request service before you leave for the day or bring your dirty towels for replacement to the office during business hours.
