Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Express Watersports REQUIRES all cancellations be made 24 hours PRIOR to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund minus any 3rd party booking fees. Any cancellations made the same day or with less than 24-hour notice for tickets purchased or held will be charged in full and are nonrefundable. TRIPS BOOKED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Note : Express tours will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. Should your Captain assess the weather and determine that conditions are unsafe, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If a trip or rental cancelled by Express Watersports for any reason and you cannot reschedule, you will be refunded the full amount of the tour.
