If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Once your booking is scheduled, it is a firm commitment and no longer available for other customers’ use. In the event you cancel or change your booking, NO REFUNDS will be issued. You may receive a ONE-TIME CREDIT to reschedule for a date within 7 calendar days of the original booking date. THIS MUST BE DONE THROUGH OUR GENERAL MANAGER. If you re-schedule on-line yourself, you will be charged as a new booking and will not be refunded due to your error. NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS. A $500 Security Deposit will be placed on the card used at booking 24-hours prior to your reservation to cover incidental damage that may occur during your rental. This card authorization is released 48-hours after the booking is complete if no claims are made. Check with your Card provider on their “Pending” and “Posted” hold and release time. If the Security Deposit authorization fails, then you will lose your reservation and be charged the full booking price.
