Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Customers will receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Weather cancellations and determinations are made at the sole discretion of the captain. If a guest cancels between 72 and 24 hours before the trip, Generations Charters will retain 50% of the trip cost. Guests canceling after 24 hours will forfeit the entire price of the charter. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about cancellation. No-shows will be charged full price.
