Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Cancellations made five (5) days or more of pick-up date: customers will receive a 90% refund (minimum $1.00 retained by Adventure Outdoor Rentals; all refunds based on subtotal).

Cancellations within two to one day(s) or less of pick-up date will receive a 50% refund or a 75% Adventure Outdoor Rentals voucher (good for one year).

Cancellations within 24 hours or less of scheduled pick-up will not receive any refund.

Pets allowed : No

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.

Note : There are no refunds for illness, no shows or rainy weather not due to thunder and lightning early returns or non-usage.

Rentals voucher (good for one year) will be granted due to weather related thunder and lightning storms cancellations.
