If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.
Note : There is a $100 non refundable deposit associated with the reservation of each vessel, even in the case of bad weather. On days of very inclement weather (i.e. heavy rain or lightning) we waive the 24 hour cancellation process, and the non-refundable deposits will stay on file in store for up to a year. However on days of small rain percentages or light rain, the rentals will still go out and the cancellation process will be handle on a case by case basis depending upon the availability of rentals that day.
