Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : eNRG Kayaking requires advanced reservations for all our rentals, including ladies night, family night and music on the water, as well as for camps and instruction. Full payment is required to make these reservations. Our refund policy varies depending on cancellation notice and type of reservation, as seen below: Equipment Rental/Tours

72-24 hours notice – free reschedule or voucher for paid amount
24-0 hours notice – all refund/benefits forfeited
