Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : In rare cases we give refunds due to cancellation. To reserve and secure your dates in advance, we charge a non refundable deposit that is applied to your total costs of the rental. If Dockside cancels on the renter (typically due to unsafe conditions or weather-thunder, lightning, high winds etc., refunds will be issued accordingly
