If you cancel before seven days from your scheduled delivery day you will not be charged. If you cancel within seven days you will forfeit your deposit. We have to do this to ensure that equipment is available for our customers. The charge will of course be waived for legitimate health or family emergencies, and for inclement weather.

Note : A deposit equal to 50% of the cost of the rental is required for large groups.
