Guests must cancel 24 hours or more in advance of their reservation day in order to receive full refund minus the $49 to cover the cost of Cancellation Protection. A 50% refund of the reservation total if canceled within 24 Hours. 0% refund if no call no show or cancelation the day of reservation.

Note : On Hourly & Multi Hour (with a max of 9 Hours) rentals guests will receive a 100% refund minus $49 to cover the cost of Cancellation Protection, if on the day of the rental before departure The Wharf determines unsafe conditions due to weather. Windy, Overcast, Cloudy or Cold Predicted Weather does not apply. The Wharf is not accountable for any wind or weather that may hinder guests' use of the equipment. The Wharf has both a Northern & Southern Departure Dock to accommodate for any wind direction and intensity for a safe departure and returnal. Once guests depart the dock, guests are bound financially to their reserved rental time.

Note : Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 per dog fee to ride on the boat. Dogs may NOT be left unattended in your vehicle. If your dog causes an excessive mess and requires a deep clean a $100 fee will apply. The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused by the dog to the rented equipment.
