-Because of our limited season and trip size, if you have to cancel, all fees are non-refundable. However, if we can refill your cancelled seats at full price, we will refund all fees received minus any fees incurred at the time of the booking. We also understand unexpected emergencies occur and will do our best to accommodate these. If we are unable to run your trip due to natural causes (fires, earthquake, etc.), you will have the opportunity to re-book your trip within the following 3 years.
