Due to the unique nature and small size of our groups, we are forced to remain firm about our cancellation policy. Consider that on the day of the excursion we will be there, on-site, waiting and ready to serve you. Regardless of the cancellation reason, our time and fixed cost are already invested. We may have turned down other customers by holding your space. Cancellations made 24 hours (1 day) prior to the scheduled tour date & time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure date & time are non-refundable.
Note : If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, you will not be charged (or will receive a full refund if prepaid). You will have the option to reschedule for the next available space. Our staff will make the final decision as to weather conditions. Remember, a few passing rain showers are normal in our area & the general rain forecast applies more to areas over land. We monitor weather reports & the radar constantly. Folly Beach's weather can differ greatly from the weather wherever you are located.
