There is a 7 day cancellation policy. If you want to receive a refund you must cancel a minimum of 7 days prior to your reservation date with No exceptions. Any cancelations made prior to 72 hours of the reservation date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation made within 72 hours will NOT receive a refund. Our cancelation policy is strictly enforced and again there are NO exceptions regardless of the reason.
