Note : No Refunds. If a cancellation request is received within 24 hours of or on the day of your reservation, there will be a Raincheck Credit of equal value provided. The Raincheck Credit policy is in place since the Kayak(s) or Paddleboard(s) has been removed for others to reserve. There is a $5.00 Cancellation Fee per each kayak and paddleboard rental if no Raincheck Credit is given. There is no Raincheck Credit or Refund provided for any unused time under 1 hour. Raincheck Credits will be processed and sent out to the registered email on file for the reservation within 72 hours. Some delays may occur. ***Customers may reschedule with a Raincheck Credit any time in the same given year, in the case of either operator cancellation or due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances. *** If a reservation is cancelled due to weather conditions you will be issued a Raincheck Credit for another time. Same Day reservation reschedules will result in a Raincheck Credit. If a cancellation is requested there will be a $5 cancellation fee deducted from each rental reservation. This policy applies to out of town guests.
