We take pride in passing on our passion for this lake and it's community to our guests. If they cancel between 3 and 3 days before check-in, they'll get back 100%.
Renters who cancel at least 3 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid.
Note : We ask that you give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your rental. Refunds are released at the discretion of the owner. All cancellations for major holiday weekend rentals are subject to a cancellation fee.
