If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : 50% rental deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to rental date. The rental deposit is refundable with 60 days written cancellation notice to us, less a 10% processing fee. When less than 60 days exists before day/week of rental, no deposit refund is allowed if reservation is cancelled.
