Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.

Note : Bookings are non-refundable within 48 hours of your scheduled cruise. We reserve the right to cancel any tour at any time due to weather, safety, mechanical or behavioral issues. If your tour is canceled, you will be given a rain check to re-book at another time (this excludes behavioral, along with alcohol related cancellations - these circumstances will never be rescheduled or refunded). For weather related issues, we may "wait out" a brief shower, reschedule for another day during your stay, or refund if unable to reschedule. "NO SHOWS" will NEVER be refunded or rescheduled!

Are dogs allowed?

Service Dogs are allowed only on Private Charters. A service animal is any dog that has been trained to perform tasks to benefit an individual. The performed must be directly related to the individual’s disability. According to the ADA, service animals for emotional support, therapy, comfort or companionship are not considered service animals. The guest requiring the service animal must be in possession of the animal at all times. Due to the nature of our 3hr Excursions, the guest and the service animal may be required to remain on the vessel for the entirety of the trip. This is to ensure the guests’ safety as well as that of the the service animal, public, other guests, & Captain/Crew.

No Refund will be issued for any early returns regardless of weather.
