If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Renters who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%.
Note : Tiki Pub now offers trip insurance, which will allow you flexibility in the case your plans change (7 days), or if the tour needs to be canceled due to the inclement weather. Trip insurance will also allow you to receive a full refund in the event of a Severe Weather Warning from the National Weather Service during the time of your scheduled tour results in a cancellation on our end. You may also voluntarily cancel your tour for any reason up to 7 days prior to your tour for a full refund.
