We have a strict cancellation policy. 48 Hours on all rentals. 7 days on all tours & charters. In the case of inclement weather H2O Staff will cancel on the day of your activity. We do not cancel for overcast or light rain. If you want a sunny day guaranteed, book same day or be a walk up for your rental or tour.
Note : If the weather is deemed unsafe and we are unable to send you out your reservation will be cancelled at no charge. All weather policy decisions will be made on the day of your reserved rental by H2O Staff only. If we are sending out rentals on the day of your reservation but you choose to cancel your reservation on the day of due to the weather not being to your liking you will be charged.
