Please note that once you have booked with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your trip before it is scheduled to take place, you may be subject to a penalty/fee. Please review below. A full refund will be granted up to 48 hours prior to the booking reservation date. Any cancellations after the 48 hour grace period will be subject to a 50% refund only. If 3 Amigos Boat Rentals cancels a trip due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the customers will receive a full or partial refund for the trip can be rescheduled, subject to availability. If the trip is cut short, the customer is subject to partial refund which is determined by 3 Amigos Boat Rentals. (determined by percentage of time spent on the lake) We do not go by predicted weather. If you have to cancel your trip before 48 hours and know you want to reschedule, please call us and let us know. We will offer you a credit to your account that you can use to reschedule your trip on another day of the same for up to 1 year with 3 Amigos Boat Rental. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. (ex: you cannot book a Saturday booking if your original booking was on a Friday, Holiday’s are also excluded.) No-shows will be charged the full price, no refund. Any modifications must be made prior to 48 hours before the rental date, in the event you need to modify an existing rental we will try our best to accommodate the request but make no guarantees.

Note : I certainly wish we could control the weather. Since we can’t, we don’t expect you to either. In case of bad weather, and we can’t get you out on the water you will receive either a partial or full refund. Say we’ve been on the water for the majority of your booking, at this point you would receive a partial refund. The partial refund would consist of the remaining hours you have left scheduled in your booking. If there happens to be thunder and lightning at the time of your booking, and we are unable to safely get you out on the water, you will be refunded in full.
