For One Day Rentals, we offer a full refund if you cancel your rental 48 hours prior to your reservation time. We offer a 50% refund if you cancel your rental 24 hours prior to your reservation. For Multi-Day Rentals, you must cancel your reservation 1 Week prior to your reservation.
