(REGULAR SEASON) We require a 48 hour notification of cancellation, If you cancel 48 hours in advance, there will be no charge. If you do not notify us of your desire to cancel we will charge the full amount of your rental to your credit card. (HOLIDAY / PEAK SEASON) During a holiday or peak season which includes 5 days before or after the actual holiday date, cancellations are not accepted (NO EXCEPTIONS). This is due to the rental business and limited number of watercraft available in the area, we have no other choice but to charge full reservation rate for last minute cancellations or no shows.

Note : We suggest that you reserve your watercraft at least 72 hours in advance to ensure that you are able to enjoy your lake experience on the watercraft of your choice. In order to reserve your watercraft, we require a valid credit card in the name of the renter.
