Note : Our cancellation policy for weather is that the pontoon goes out as long as it can safely do so. It will not go out at times where there are thunderstorms, strong winds, or heavy rain. If there is bad weather for part of the day, we will pro-rate your rent and give you a refund for the time you couldn't be out on the water safely. If severe weather occurs and forces a full day cancellation, you would receive a full refund or the option to reschedule for a different day if available. Weather can be unpredictable in northern Michigan, so the determination will be made by BoatTorch LLC staff either the evening before or the morning of the rental. In addition, our general cancellation policy allows you to cancel up to 14 days prior to your rental for a full refund. If you cancel after that, we will do our best to find a new renter. If we are able to do so, you will receive a full refund and if not, we will keep only the deposit amount.
