Nor’Banks will provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the original scheduled start time. No refund shall be offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the activity. If you must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you can reschedule your activity to a future date & time. If we have to cancel your activity due to weather, we will happily reschedule. If you cannot reschedule we will prorate your rental and issue a refund for unused time.

Note : Small dogs are welcome with a few qualifications. We ask that you only bring your pet along if you are 100% certain that they are comfortable on boats and will be safe and well-behaved. We do not provide pet life vests and there is no pet boarding ladder on the pontoons. Dogs can easily damage the vinyl seats with their claws or teeth. The seats are brand new and cannot be repaired, so we’ll take an additional $500 deposit at the time of rental in case we need to replace a cushion.
