We require a 24-hour advance notice for all cancellations. Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to rental time to receive a refund. Within that time frame, we will be happy to reschedule for another day/time, depending on availability. Cancellations are subject to a 10% fee. No-shows forfeit 100% of the rental.

Note : Weather is always a factor for any outdoor activity. We do our best to work with you and mother nature to ensure you enjoy your day on the water. We will cancel your rental if the forecast looks poor or wind/water conditions are unsafe. If you decide to go out in poor weather, there are no refunds, but we will be happy to work with you to find an alternative plan.

Note : Yes, you can bring your dog! We just ask that you clean up behind them and keep them off the seats.

Note : Security/damage deposit is $400 and required at the time of booking. Our vessels are inspected before and after each use for damage. Renter is responsible for the total cost of ALL damages and down time, including other personal property or boats (be mindful of your wake!) caused while renting the pontoon boat. Damage fees are due upon return of vessel. Security deposit will be retained. If the total damage costs exceed the security deposit amount, the balance is due at that time. - Beached vessel — $200 + overtime fees - Down time (if the damage renders the vessel unrentable) — $350 per day until repaired. - Damage to prop or engine — $300+ as quoted. - Bimini top replacement — $1,050 - Missing and/or broken equipment, or any physical part of vessel — $250+ as quoted.
