If you need to cancel your reservation, you must cancel by phone or email at least three (3) days, (72 hours) prior to the start of your boat rental date/period listed on your reservation to receive your deposit back in full. If you cancel less than 3 days (72 hours) from your boat rental reservation date appointment, then you forfeit the entire reservation deposit.
