We require at least a 30 day notice if you wish to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. If you wish to cancel five to 30 days prior to reservation, you will be refunded 50% of the reservation or you will be given the option to book/change your reservation dates to other available times. Less than a 5 day notice or a no-show on the day of the rental, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Note : If on the day of arrival we are experiencing weather that Leelanau Pontoon Rentals deems unsafe, we will issue full refunds. This is a call that can only be determined by LPR as we want to ensure everyone’s safety. This would include choosing not to send out anyone in heavy rain, tremendous wind or expected lightning.

Note : We reserve the right to charge up to a $200 cleaning fee is the boat is found in disarray (i.e.: food, bodily fluids, animal hair, etc). Please be sure to bring the boat back in excellent condition. Prior to placing the rental in the water, we take photos of the entire watercraft inside and out. We require a security/damage deposit of $500 on all of our rentals on the day you arrive. Once you return the pontoon back free of damage, we will immediately refund your deposit.
