If you book in advance and need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your reservation. If you cancel 72 hours prior to your reservation you will receive a full refund and no penalty. We understand that things happen, but unfortunately if you find that you are under 72 hours and need to cancel for ANY reason we will not be able to offer a refund at that time and are not able to make any exceptions to this policy. However, we can issue a gift card/credit that can be used for a future rental with us. If you need to reschedule or make changes we will do our best to accommodate your request depending on our availability. The cancellation policy for Holiday weekends (Memorial Day Weekend/July 4th Weekend/Labor Day Weekend) is 10 days. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within 10 days for Holiday bookings. However, we can issue a gift card/credit for future rentals with us. Customers may also be issued a gift card/credit in case of a cancellation due to lake wind advisories. Please contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price of the rental for the day.
