Lessee agrees to rent the pontoon boat on the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, and return the pontoon boat to Copake Lake Boat Rentals LLC on the date and time specified in the same condition as when received.
Lessee assumes all risk of loss and damage to the pontoon boat from any cause, and agrees to pay Copake Lake Boat Rentals LLC for any such damage. The liability of the lessee hereunder is not limited to the amount of the damage deposit.
Lessee acknowledges that they understand the proper use and operation of the pontoon boat in accordance with the NY Boaters Certification and Boaters Safety Course. A personal driver is not included in this rental and all responsibility lies on the persons renting the boat for proper use.
Lessee acknowledges that there is no refund for the early return of the pontoon boat and that the boat must return in the original condition in which it was rented out including damage to motor and upholstery.
