Customers are allowed to call in within two hours of their reservation time should they decided to cancel. If they do not cancel with in that 2 hr period, they will be charged full price for the reservation. Cancellation policy still applies during rainy weather. If we are still able to accommodate customers the cancellation policy still applies. If West OC Watersports is unable to accommodate customers due to bad weather we will reschedule or refund accordingly. Please also note that you must be on time to your reservation and that we cannot always re-accommodate, lateness could result in a full charge because no notice as given. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
