Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or can reschedule their day. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. This cancellation policy also applies to inclement/less than ideal weather. If the marina has to cancel or make changes to your reservation a full refund will be applied to your account.

Note : Pontoons are filled with fuel at launch, & then re-fueled at return. We cannot accept email inquiries or reservation requests. The damage deposit will be returned once the pontoon has been inspected upon return.
