Full Refund policy: Must call to cancel 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a full refund of your booking. If you do not you will be charged a cancelation fee of 50% of your rental fee. NO EXCEPTIONS Cancelations under 7 day policy: Must call to cancel NO REFUNDS ALLOWED. We will allow you to keep rental on the books for up to 12 months to use at a later date and time so you do not lose your rental fee all together. (We ask that you call us when you are ready to use your date at a later time do not use the online booking service for this). NO EXCEPTIONS

Multiple Day Rentals Weather Policy: We do not offer full day or partial day refunds of any kind due to inclement weather. We have no control over the weather on multi day bookings. Single Rentals Weather Policy: We will offer to hold your rental for another day up to 12 months from date of booking to use again so you do not lose your rental fee all together. (We ask that you call us when you are ready to use your date at a later time do not use the online booking service for this). We offer this to single day bookings only on the day of arrival not any time before then.
