Any cancelations made 3 days or more before the rental are eligible for a full refund. Any cancelations made within 72 hours of the rental are not eligible for any refund.
Note : In the event of the following conditions, a reservation will be considered a "weather cancellation" and issued a refund and/or rain check. All weather cancelations are at the sole discretion of the marina. The following conditions must be present at the time of rental and persist throughout the rental such that it prevents any use of the boat: Consistent rain lasting more than 30 minutes Winds of more than 15 knots or small craft warning Lingering thunderstorms within 20 miles of the lake Cloudy skys, overcast or less than ideal temperatures do not trigger a weather cancellation
