This is not the damage deposit collected at beginning of the rental period Refunds due to inclement weather (for daily rentals only) will be given after determination of the on-site management on the day of rental. Only conditions that would result in unsafe operation of the vessel will result in a cancellation. Rain, temperature or cloudy weather are not an acceptable reason for cancellation.
