A minimum of ten days’ cancellation notice is required for rentals of two or more days and 48 hours notice for rentals of 6-, 8-, and 24-hours. If you cancel outside the cancellation timeframe, you will forfeit your 50% deposit. Cancellation within the timeframe, a deposit is refunded minus a 3% booking fee.
Note : We reserve the right to cancel reservations if the weather conditions in the area are unfavorable. In such an event, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
