Cancellation/change policy: Cancellations made more than 14 days from rental date will receive a full refund less $25 processing fee. Cancellations made 4-14 days out will forfeit the deposit. 24-72 hours out will be responsible for 50% of the rental cost including sales tax. All changes or cancellations made less than 24 hours from the start of the rental will be responsible for the full amount of the original rental cost including sales tax. Personal and health issues are the renter's responsibility. Unfortunately there are no exceptions to this policy. If you are not comfortable with this policy please look into travel insurance or wait until the day of your visit to book.
